Full papers must be compatible with IEEE Xplore format.

⚠ ONLY PDF FILES ARE ACCEPTED.

1. Prepare your manuscript following the Formatting Guidelines.
2. Ensure ALL fonts are embedded and subset in the PDF.
3. Gather author information (affiliation, email, mailing address) for all authors.
4. Log in to EDAS, create a new submission, and upload your PDF.

A committee of reviewers will rate manuscripts according to quality, relevance, and correctness. You may monitor the status of your paper as it progresses through the review process by logging into the EDAS portal.

Authors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email, potentially including reviewer comments.

Note: Due to the short timeline, APSIPA ASC 2026 is not able to allow for a two-way discourse between authors and reviewers. Report any logistical errors to the secretariat immediately.

If accepted, at least one author must register by the deadline and present the paper. Papers presented on-site will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.

⚠ Each accepted paper MUST have at least one author registered (with full registration) with payment received by the deadline to avoid withdrawal.

Always put the conference name (APSIPA ASC 2026) and your paper number on all correspondence.
