Special Session Matching

Purpose

We facilitate collaboration and strengthen Special Session proposals by connecting organizers and authors across three primary categories:

Category 1: Organizers Seeking Additional Papers

Prospective Special Session organizers who have not yet met the minimum requirement of 5 committed papers may announce their intention to organize a session. This allows them to invite interested authors to contribute papers and strengthen their proposals.

Category 2: Organizers Seeking to Merge Sessions

Organizers who are developing Special Session proposals in closely related topics may review the sessions listed in Category 1 below and contact other prospective organizers to explore the possibility of merging two complementary sessions into a single, stronger proposal.

Category 3: Authors Seeking to Join a Special Session

Authors who have research work aligned with emerging topics and wish to contribute their papers to strengthen Special Session proposals may review the list of sessions seeking additional papers (listed in Category 1 below) and contact the organizers directly to discuss joining their session.
