Special Session Matching Page Now Available
We are excited to launch the Special Session Matching page to facilitate collaboration between prospective special session organizers and prospective contributing authors, for proposing a special session by March 12, 2026. This platform connects:
  • Organizers who have not yet met the minimum requirement of 5 committed papers may announce their sessions to seek additional papers
  • Organizers with closely related topics may explore merging their proposals with sessions listed on the platform
  • Authors may contribute their papers to incomplete Special Sessions that are actively seeking additional papers

We are excited to announce Prof. Toshihisa Tanaka from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan, as our keynote speaker. His talk "AI-inspired brain/biomedical signal processing" will explore signal processing and machine learning with emphasis on brain and biomedical signal analysis, brain-computer interfaces, and human-animal interaction.
